Does Your Weight Have Anything to do With Your Dental Health?


According to the Division of Dental Hygiene at the College of Dentistry at Ohio State University, being overweight and being obese are systemic and oral health risks, as well as global health problemsAs we all know, keeping your weight down is very important.  But losing weight is difficult and losing a pound a week is not that gratifying.  Besides, a pound a week is practically unnoticeable.  Loosing weight is the same as most life events.  Change is hard and changing is a slow process.  But don't give up!
